Which languages does the AI assistant understand?
Bangla, Banglish (Bangla written in English letters) and English — even mixed in one sentence. It replies in the language you used. You can type, or speak using the mic in Chrome or Edge.
Where do the assistant's numbers come from?
Straight from your live ledger in FirmsSoft, for the organization you select. It is instructed never to estimate or invent a figure, and it tells you which period it used.
Who can use the AI assistant?
Anyone whose role has the assistant permission. Admins switch it on or off per role.
Can you add the AI Manager to the ERP we already use?
Yes. FirmsSoft can connect the AI Manager to your existing ERP instead of replacing it. After a short discovery call we confirm how to connect to your system and share a plan and quote.
Can I start with just one or two modules?
Yes. Most customers start with Accounting and Inventory, then add Purchases, POS, Distribution, Production or HR. All modules share the same master data, so adding one later needs no migration.
Does the AI assistant change my accounts on its own?
No. It can look things up and summarize, and it can propose a voucher — but a person always reviews and approves before anything is posted.
Can I bring in my existing balances?
Yes. The Opening Balance screen lets you load account and party balances, and master lists like products and people can be imported during onboarding.
Does it support multiple branches and companies?
Yes. Organizations and branches are built in, with reporting per branch or consolidated, and role-based access per user.
Can I export reports?
Reports and lists can be exported to Excel, and statements such as the bank reconciliation can be printed.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the modules and data you bring. We'll give you a realistic timeline after a short discovery call.
